As Kerplunk’s Founder, I’ve had a front-row seat to watch Tekwissen Group reinvent its screening workflow—and reclaim entire workdays—by adopting our asynchronous video interviewing platform.
The challenge
With requisitions ballooning across IT, engineering, and professional-services roles, Tekwissen’s recruiters faced three familiar hurdles:
